Health care organizations or a Health care system is an organisation of resources, people or institutions that aimed to deliver health services to the target population for meeting their Health needs. Many factors can influence or impact the Health care organisation, that may fall under the category of External and internal factors. Some of such important factors are:

External factors:

i) Political factors : Various Governmental factors such as Governmental policies ,laws and regulations related to Health insurance all can affect the Healthcare organisation's functioning. A supportive Government can ensure the smooth running of Health care organizations.

ii) Economic factors: Country' s or State's economical environment can impact Health care system. A decline in Gross Domestic product ( GDP) of a country can affect all the buisiness sectors including Health sectors. Also Government will not have enough money to spend for Health sector. These factors can influence the Healthcare organisation's functioning. A proper planning and wise distribution of resources is important for a Health care system to stay stable.

iii) Social factors : Many social factors can impact the health care service delivery of the organisation. The target population's cculture, health beliefs and behaviours , life style of the socitey can influence the functioning of the organisation in the society. Respect and value the culture of the target population. Then they also start to approach the Healthcare organisation.

iv) Legal factors or Accreditation : Many legal factors can impact the working of the organisation. Health care organizations should maintain the standards laid down by the Government and regulatory agencies. Then only they can get the Accreditation. Accreditation by the regulatory bodies can increase the popularity and public acceptance of the organisation.

Internal factors:

i ) supportive leadership : A good leadership inspires and supports the Healthcare employees to deliver a quality health services to the public. If the leadership of an organisation is not proper, then the organisation may deteriorate day by day. Good leaders should be there in the Authority and in each managerial position.

ii) Organisational culture: A Health care organization's mission , vision and its culture can impact the functioning of the organisation and also the behaviour of staff to the patients and customers.

iii) staff: A well qualified and dedicated staffs are the blessings of a Health care organization. Organisation can cultivate the good behaviour of the staff towards patients and their care delivery.

iv ) Education and training for the staff : Another factor that can influence the Healthcare organisation's functioning is the ' Education and training for the staff ' or the Staff development programme. An organisation that doesn't provide Education and training to the staff, can't be updated with technological, or medical innovations and will no longer stand in this competitive world. Timely education and training can help the staff to update knowledge and make them able to adapt the adavanced medical and information technologies.
