Coordination - When people coordinate with each other, they come up new ideas during that process. These new ideas drive change within an organization

Competencies - With the increase in competencies, people become more capable of doing things differently, This leads to change in processes thus leading to change within an organization

Commitment - A commited employee always looks out for timely delivery of projects and shows dedication. This often instills a sense of responsibility in other employees. He leads by an example and drives a change within an organization

Communication - Flow of communication enables sharing of ideas and new approaches. This leads to change in processes thus leading to change within an organization
