INTRODUCTION
Physical ability is the ability to perform some physical act it is the quality of being able to perform a quality that permits or facilitates achievement or accomplishment contrasting with mental ability.

BASIC PHYSICAL ABILITIES

  1. dynamic flexibility - it is defined as the range of motion of your joints or we can say how freely your joints can move towards a particular direction it also means the mobility of your muscles which is more around your muscles.
    the range of motion ' is the distance and direction your joints can move '
  2. dynamic Strength - Strength is the ability of the muscle to exert maximal force against a resistance. muscular strength can be measured by the amount of weight lifted in one rep. which is also called 1RM. some activities require greater strength while the other requires less. The top strength sports include weightlifting, football, wrestling, boxing.
  3. Explosive strength - The ability to use a short burst of muscle force to propel oneself or to throw an object .it is a component of speed strength it is the ability to generate high action velocities
    Example; jumping
  4. Extent flexibility - It the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body. it is the ability to stretch and flex the trunk the muscles as far as possible
  5. Gross body coordination - it is the ability to coordinate the movement of your arms, legs, head when the whole body is in motion.it is the important component of physical fitness. Developing smooth movements is important to complete daily tasks if you are coordinated you can make you can make your muscles work together at just the right time to put exact amount of pressure.
  6. Equilibrium - The ability to keep or regain your body or stay upright when in an unstable position. it is the ability to control our body movements according to the need.
  7. Stamina - the ability to exert yourself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath. Stamina is how long we can continue to put force or continue to do the activity without getting tired. Stamina is important to do various sports activities and also in our day to day life.
  8. Static strength - The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, pull, push or carry objects.
  9. Trunk strength - The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out in fatiguing.
