Answer #1

It shall be noted that OB Model, Stage II is the Organizational Behaviour Model - Stage II.

Organizational behaviour is the study of both group and individual performance and activity within an organization.

The OB model Shows the 3 levels or Stages, Individual-level, Group level, and Organization System-level and how they impact the elements of human output.

OB Stage II focusses on Group level organizational behaviour.

The key element is communication between group level and individual level with respect to individual perception of the base level stakeholders of the organization which includes employees, group decision making, leadership trust, work teams, policies and politics.

There is cognitive interaction between these key elements that culminate in organizational designs, organizational cultures, and human resource policies and practices.
