Answer all 4 questions. Please write in your own word and describe in detail. It is better if you type the answer in answer box.
1) If the child's temparamental style and parental care has poor goodness of fit, then the parent should tailor their behaviour and expectations in accordance to the child. Example - If you enjoy reading books, whilst your child is hyper active, the child may not sit for more time, and hence as a parent you need to modify your expectation and reduce the time you both do the reading. This prevents the child developing hatred and the reading task can be repeated again for smaller periods of time.
2) The statement is correct. As per research, from 20s people start experiencing memory lapses and the memory changes include difficulty learning new things, multitasking, remembering names, numbers and appointments.
3) Dementia is not inevitable in old age. Reseach suggests that decline in cognitive functioning can be slowed throughout life span with physical exercise and lifestyle interventions.
4) gender stratification is giving higher social rank to men compared to women. In workplace, people at supervisory level and administrative level, should be given programs, training with subsequent follow up on behaviour and if there is any unhealthy behaiours still followed, feedback has to be given. Gender stratification has more harm to women as they are deprived of the benefits which they deserve or are entitled to. Men may be encouraged to follow such unhealthy behaviour which is harmful to the society in the longer run.
