What should leisure experts do to increase fair opportunity(equity) in leisure?

Leisure is one area where one looks at after some tiring work which could be a movie or drama theatre, an amusement park, a beach, sports, clubs, an exhibition etc. If we look at these areas of leisure activities, some discriminate people based on their gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability. This is not a healthy trend because almost all the leisure activities are charged thus it’s only a business. Anyone can pay money and enjoy that leisure activity as long as they don’t disturb the decorum of the place.

Leisure experts should build activities and sports that would meet the expectations of all the people thus including everyone. They could build special areas leisure with special accessibility, especially for the disabled. They could allow everyone with one condition that they do not disturb others or behave in a way that affects everyone. Government could help the private leisure companies identify areas where they can set-up all inclusive leisure programs.
