Temperaments are every individual's unique set of emotions that has it's own characteristics and aspects.Temperaments are biological or innate and they are not learned or acquired .They are the biological determinants of the personality.

In other words temperaments are those emotional responses of ours to the world around us we are born with .This makes our personality unique and different from others.The degree of sociability,mood control and regulation, the artistic flavor,ability to tolerate pain etc are examples of temperament.
