Parents may not know the expectations of them or their child when he or she first enters school, particularly if the child is a first child or the family is new to the school. How can you ease the fears and anxieties these families have and set up clear expectations? Name three ways you might accomplish and reinforce these expectations.

We can ease the fears and anxieties these families and have them set up clear expectations by counseling both the parents and the children. By counseling the children we can find their acumen and based on their acumen streamline their carrier path. The different ways we might accomplish and reinforce these expectations including channelizing students based on their acumen, encouraging them for their achievements and making these students socialize with other students and teachers from whom they can learn well.
