The basic steps are the following

1. Connect pressure source (nitrogen tank) to pipe

2. Fill whatever liquid you want (plasma) into the pipe

3. Release gas to make the liquid flow

4. Collect the liquid in the beaker and measure periodically

5. Use Hagen poiseuille equation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hagen%E2%80%93Poiseuille_equation#Standard_fluid_dynamics_notation) for a "good sample"

6. Test individually for each sample
