Why is safety training an important component of the training mix in so many companies? What is the biggest concern regarding safety training that was noted in the survey that was referenced in the chapter? Is it fixable, and if so how?

Many companies now a day develop their training programs mainly focusing on enhancing safety within the organization. As more of accidentent and fatal injuries may cause huge cost to a company in future so it’s better to invest in safety training at present. Thus it is necessary to build a safety culture in an organization .the main concerns are achieving employee engagement in such programs and dispersed worksites. This is fixable with the help of software solutions where face-to-face used to be the only option.
