Yes, Just-in-time inventory can be expected to have initiated just as soon as the first customer order is received. It is the essential part of just in time method to utilize this level of demand to order the new parts or the entire finished product from their manufacturer or the supplier> JIT being as lean methodology follows the same exact pathway as it reduces the amount of wastage by calculating the amount of demand by the use of forecasting and this forecasting begins from the data received through the very first order that is initiated. It is also the value which determines the scope of the next few orders as well.
