Answer #1

In such a case, to choose the social media I will be working with, the criteria would be my current and prospective customers. In terms of, on whichever platform there is maximum possibility of the availability of my current and prospective customers would be, I would choose that platform. The reason being is that it’s the core to engage with your targeted customers while using the social media. If I am choosing a platform which has no or very less presence of my targeted customers, then I would not get return from the marketing campaign. As far as, selecting criteria to compose my communications message on social media is concern, the criteria would be to develop messages which can attract and help in engaging with the audience. As, engagement is the key in social media and to make a marketing campaign successful, customer engagement is the key.
