Answer : 1) Sometimes marketing in social media of brands has advantage and sometimes it has disadvantage. Because if brands adds in social media and reveal their products with details and features then as a consumer firstly I will compare all features of one brand product to other brands products. After comparing I will select and buy that one band product which gives the best features and also gives my willingness features. Therefore, here marketing advantage takes that brand which I select but disadvantage for others.
But sometimes, brands take advantage of adds and give wrong information about their products ,i.e., brands reveal best feature of product in adds to attract consumers but in reality products may be of worst quality which I can realise after usation of those products. Thus, marketing in social media affect me not only me it may be costlier to many consumers.
