I would use Facebook as every company has Facebook page. Other social media are relatively younger compared to Facebook and has much lower follower base. Twitter is also a good social media and would be my second preference simply because Facebook has higher user compared to Twitter.

Yes, I would create Audio and video presentation as it would create effective communication to listeners.

If I was presenting for Mechanical engineering opening, ad would be like Expert Mechanical engineering with 5 years of experience.
