  1. Members should have clear goals and should understand the purpose and vision of the team.
  2. Clearly defined roles for every team members to avoid ambiguity.
  3. Open and clear communication to avoid missing of information.
  4. The team should encourage and respect diversity.
  5. Issues aren’t ignored and avoided in the group, rather discussed and resolved.
  6. An open climate where members are comfortable with each other and aren’t afraid to take risks.
  7. Leadership is shared among team members at times to encourage participation.

Group creation should be done by-

  1. Distributing responsibility,
  2. Encouraging mutual cooperation and support.
  3. Proper training
