Describe your "dream team"?

If you could design your own team, what are the characteristics of your "dream team"?

What should you consider as the leader of that team?

My dream team would be such that together when we stand, we should be able to achieve success. More than individual players, I shall need the Team players in my dream team who shall be willing to work together and coordinate efficiently. In my dream team, following should be the characteristics:

• Technically, each of the member should possess some distinct and common attributes and talents to make our team stand out from the crowd.
• Ethically, my team must be sound so that the survival of the same in long run is guaranteed, besides the characteristics of loyalty and integrity.
• Subordination of self-interest to the Team’s interest thereby soliciting for mutual support and cooperation at all times.

I should consider as a leader of that team the following:

• Valuing each of my team member and its contribution to the team and ensuring the member works at its full potential.
• Ensuring all the members are on the same page when it comes to understanding and realizing of the team goals.
• Encouragement and highlighting of positive attitude shall help the team to go a long way.
