The goal of HRM is to maximize the productivity of an organization by maximizing the effectiveness of employees while simultaneously improving the work life of employees and treating them as valuable resources. What do you believe the HR department at your company, or company you’ve worked for in the past, has done to achieve those goals?

Yes, HRM in my organization is some of all department which looks after our organizational needs, our payroll, our hygiene, and at the same time bring talent to the organization while recruiting best of the talent from the market.

HRM at our organization also takes care of training and development of the employee and their grievances.

So by doing all of the activities right from the hiring, on-boarding of the employee, training, and development, their joining, payroll, facilities and grievances and at last proper exit from the organization, HR is doing a fantastic role which ultimately adds to the benefit and profit for the organization.
