1) The organization can identify the security problem by modern technology .by using some kind of Network security monitoring tools may help to find network or security issues happening to an organization.some companies like Dell are introducing some software for identify security problems. Fire eye and Palo Alto is the secure work software which introduced by dell. And this product also gained Attraction as new ways to protect the network from instruction.

2)All kind fo security policy should be diviate according to the problem.

3) there are many intial action to be taken to deal with this situation. Clear thinking and Swift action is required to mitigate the damage. Make a team to escape from this situation in this team we have to include all representative from all area especially from IT.

Have to reset all kinds of passwords. Have to stop emailing , disabling all links which will get organization information.

4) they have to take action to prevent future breach. The management have to recruit a it expert to face such situations. Should include identify software in every computer of the company.

5) yes there are some security tools included by some companies dell included software which named fire eye , pato Alto to identify such problem...now a days many software are available.

6) it will mainly effect the Goodwill of the company.. the costumers will think the company have no powerful security system...the company should recover it by adding more fire in security system.

7) in all country they are more investing in their defense system to make secure their boder and their country from others. So the organization will also have to invest more in security system to protect their organization from breaches.
