The testing strategies are very much necessary for any company. The most of work done in a company is human beings and it very common for the humans to make mistakes. It can be both intentional and unintentional so there should always be a method that can be used to make sure that the company maintains good quality standards. A good quality standard directly means that the company has been successful in removing the flaws in their system. A team of experts might work on a project but still making use of testing is very much necessary. A minor negative change can have a huge impact on the business of the company. So every step taken should be evaluated and tested before implementing them on a large scale. Even if we consider a software development lifecycle, testing a part of it and it very much required to make sure that the product quality is maintained. The same principle applies to the workplace as well and most of the companies are aware of its importance. The people working in a team might have different ideas and might follow different methods to solve a complex problem. When the solution is found, we have to make sure that it can work according to the needs of the company. Testing can be used to analyze the project and also find out the possible bugs in them. These flaws can be fixed immediately and the company can implement the project. So testing can also save time, money, and also the reputation of the company. We also follow the same method in our current company as well. We have a separate team that takes care of the delivery and they test each and every release from the company. We do not want to take any risk with the quality and make sure that the quality standards are maintained.
