Answer #1

The culture of snapchat is not dysfunctional rather a newer version of secretive culture that creates a sense of unpredictability and keep the employees on their toes and alert. Some have also complained against this but exceptions would always be there. The kind of culture that prevails is a perfect fit for the industry that it is operating in, it pushes it employees to achieve harder, suggest ideas and creativity along with innovation is promoted which is essential for a dynamic company like Snapchat to succeed in the long run. It has introduced to the market a reformed version of culture that is being followed by newer startups and hence it will not be correct and true to say that Snapchat culture is dysfunctional.
