Change can be in any form in any department but it is very important to successfully implement it . For example an organisation decided to change the work structure of the marketing team. They first identified the flaws in the present structure and analysed them. The come up with alternatives and discuss them with experts. Theythen train their marketing team on the new system and make them get adjusted to it and only then they will implement the new system in full scale. They need to overcome the stage where the employees will struggle to adjust and slowly get habituated to the new structure. It will be a success because all the process is followed with care and proper planning. Hence the change cycle is effectively utilised and the change is implemented slowly and carefully.
