Answer #1

Communication allows you to express yourself in the eyes of your peers and make you easy to be approached too. With effective communication skills comes clarity, which allows people to relate to you and connect with you. It is a two-way streak, which allows you to express yourself and understand others. While approachability allows others to connect with you easily. Managers should work for the development of their employees and teach them how to manage their idle time efficiently. It should be taken into consideration that a little direction goes a long way. Introducing plans and activities that help the employees become more competent and understand the goals of the scope of the direction that the company needs. When such techniques of employee management, motivation and direction are employed in an ongoing project, a company creates a workforce that excels in the everyday functioning of the company and therefore, a management effectively creates an environment that is both stress-free and motivating and the employees who sign in late on work then leave to have breakfast is a common example of a slacking workforce.

Slacking workforce is the main issue that every company needs to confront, as it may taper the revenue of the organisation and in order to achieve the desired goals of the organisation, managers should teach their employees how to manage the idle time, as the slacking coworker must be dealing with the lack of consciousness and could be treated in a positive manner by making them feel comfortable and describing how their objectives and company’s Objectives share the same scope.

Motivation is a great tool that can be used positively in this respect. It is seen that positive reinforcement of any positive behaviour allows good working habits to be cultivated in the mind of the employee. Not only does this allow bad behaviour to be rooted out. It allows the employees to feel confident even when they are being criticised.

Using this pattern any company can help their workers manage their time efficiently and reduce slacking and increase productivity.
