communication between coworkers and make the communication precise
and straight to the point
Co-workers need to listen to the
communication properly and don’t make hasty approach toward other
coworkers without listening properly. Effective communication need
to be listened properly.
Every worker need to under their
particular communication style and take a good look toward it what
is the strength and weakness of his own communication style then
probably they can understand what is problem among them and what is
causing trouble to them while communicating.
Employee need to respect the
particular communication style of other employee and try to
understand what is the problem going on while communicating with
them then maybe the potential problem will be found and solved
between them.
