The trade unions are the organizations that are representative of the people working in a certain business or sector to showcase their grievances to the employers and the government to get it sorted. The union of multiple employees makes the bargaining power much greater than an individual of the business. Hence the laws that protect the employee rights have to include this right of a worker to be in any trade union of their choice. The trade unions are thought to be aggressive in the ways of protest which is a way to make the employer be blackmailed with power.
