(i) There is a high lead time in making coffee.

Why - The worker at coffee maker suddenly collapsed at work.

Why - He was not keeping well for past couple of days. Inspite of that he was called for work.

Why - Most servers are not well, and are on sick leave. The less severe are being called for work.

Why- There is no availability for part timers or temporary workers.

Why- The wage structure for part time workers makes it difficult to engage good workers.
