Weak-sense just wants to “win”, sees it as an argument, doesn’t really care about what the other person is saying or want to change their opinion

Weak critical thinking looks like a supervisor that tells an employee to do something that could ultimately hurt the employee. For example My supervisor asked an employee to get on the forks of a forklift and he would raise him up so he could reach the product. This supervisor did not think of the possibilities that could have happened if the employee fell. He was not thinking critically. I want to be in management and my next step is to be a supervisor. If I was in this situation I would have thought about the possibilities of my employee doing something unsafe and figured out how I could have resolved it
