DISC is a method which explains the personality of a person using 4 factors dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness. Steadiness is the factor which explains how well a eprson can control and carry themselves. It is a great strenth if developed. People who are steady are patient, calm and have positive approach towards any situation of their life. They tend to take things as they are and are very determined to finish what they startted. They do not give up easily and fight to achieve what they want.
