Answer #1

Public agencies and legislative / executive branches of government work hand in hand to resolve an issue pertaining to specific area which comes under the jurisdiction of a particular public agency or branch of government. The legislative and executive branches of government generally do not have sufficient manpower or other resources to fully resolve an issue or make a decision and delegates the responsibility to the public agencies to depute their personnel who work in close coordination with government employees to resolve an issue. These agencies support government and handle certain responsibilities delegated to them.
