I think public agencies are worse at their jobs than private companies. We can know that by their approach itself. Private companies are much more professional than public agencies. You can feel it while dealing with both. Private companies usually set accountability as they run on profit, and they have to provide service accordingly to make their customers happy and satisfied. Whereas, public agencies are run on government’s money, and they run efficiently if the particular government or the officer-in-charge is strict and professional in the approach.
