Do you think that companies are too slow or too fast to change? Is there a danger in being too slow to change?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

I think companies are usually too slow to change, and the reason behind this is that they are hesitant to change from the way they have been working for years. They are fearful of failure with the change, and that’s why they delay the change as much as possible. The danger of being too slow to change is that you might get outdated from the market since many new companies come up with new thoughts, new products, new technologies, and a new way of working. If companies would change too slowly, then they slowly become irrelevant. And, the biggest example is BlackBerry mobile phones.
