The reason behind this is that the CRM system is very
complicated to implement thus it is not easy to implement. Here re
some reasons.
- The first reason I will say is the lack of change management.
The employees and the management is reluctant to change. Change
brings new challenges and the employees have to come out from their
comfort zone. This is why employees are not ready to accept the new
change and thus they do not work by their heart. Here top
management plays a very crucial role.
- As I have stated above executive roles are very important. Lack
of that role leads to failure of CRM system.
- When the company does not think in a long run but is short
runs. Thinking of only a quick gain will not work with CRM as it
takes time to deliver the result.
- When the company fails to run the CRM system and does not take
any measurable action to solve those issues.
