Answer #1

One of the reasons is that when patient visit to a doctor you don't need to show to the doctor but doctor himself checks the whole body and then decides to give medication. In telemedicine you need to tell the doctor about all signs that you can observe and you might miss one that doctor wouldn't and give the false medicine.

Second is that doctor won't be able to diagnose you properly and the medication will treat you partially.

According to me some effective methods are that there should be some protocol about how patient should be approached over telephonic diagnosis.

The patient should try to explain all the signs and symptoms to the doctor.
