Communication is the key to connect the group members with each other. A group almost always has people with diverse backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, and genders. These attributes keep them apart from each other. However, it is the communication that binds them together. When a group is working on a task, they are required to share information, build coordination, and achieve shared goals and it all requires that they openly share the stuff with each other. When they get into communication, it improves coordination between them and they attach with each other on a deeper level than just work. It provides them a sense of belongingness that further turns into satisfaction. The more they get into communication, the more they feel satisfied with their company and their work. This is the reason why satisfied employees stay loyal to an organization and do not easily switch companies.
