Yes, I would recommend people to study and move to USA for the fact that it provides a better chance or better opportunities for the individual in the likes which won't be provided if they continued their study at their own country's institution. This is the reason why the most prestigious colleges reside in first world countries, making the use of theuir connections as well as direct to market job opportunities and placements which is why any individual that needs to plan their future should consider studying there.
