Answer #1

A leader always set some short term and long term goals to achieve. A leader is a person who always tends to work actively and inspire others then he/she is called as leader. A leader always does what is right rather doing what is easy. So follow a leader who inspires you with their ideology and skills. My passion towards my work and leading my team with full aspirations makes me a leader who people wants to follow.

Every individual will improve daily in some way, every person learns everyday if not you cannot move forward in this fast moving society. If I have a chance I would try to improve these qualities:

  1. Help my team in every corner of work by developing clear vision in all aspects of life.
  2. Make people understand themselves that they are the key to success not anyone else is needed to taste success.
  3. Try to make hard choices in critical scenarios.
  4. Learn to develop sharp perception of looking at the things in a different manner.
  5. Self assessment – It helps to grow and also to know mistakes we do.

My two smart goals to help me in making these improvements are:

  1. Planning: It always helps the individual to do things in a professionally right manner and also helps as a guide to make right choices. Planning is a smart tool which i would like to adopt for making such kind of improvements.
  2. Communication: It clears half of the problems if we use it in a proper manner and also creates problems if we use it in different manner. This skill always needs to be improving version of yourself so it really helps a lot to make improvements.
