What is the importance of communication to the four functions of management? What are the different barriers to communication and how can they be overcome?

The four functions of management namely planning, executing,organising and controlling need efficient communication . It is necessary to explain the members the plan and then divide and assign work for everyone. We need to explain them what we expect from them and get the work done. For all this we need to communicate effectively so that we convey our message effectively and smoothly. Hence communication is very important. However communication is often obstructed by differences in culture ,regions and language . To overcome these barriers it is very important to main a specific culture for the organisation and every employee must abode to this and mitigate all the cultural barriers .
