organization.

1. Complex hierarchy barriers: The level of the hierarchy is Sales executive - Senior executive - manager - senior manager - Hod - VP. So the major inputs take a very long chain to reach the top decision making executives. So there should exist an anonymous feedback system or quarterly review system with different teams for better interaction on top management and ground level people for better growth of the company.
2. Status Barriers: Sometimes people form unions and create a barrier of status, where they don't let others grow int the organization. So management needs to keep a check on the activities of all employees on regular basis to control these kinds.
3. Language barriers: People with local languages were given high preference compared to other employees, it is the responsibility of management to control these activities and see that every individual gets due respect irrespective of caste, creed, language etc.
4. Gender Barrier: Generally the opposite gender people feel little reluctant to express the things towards another gender, so we should create an environment where every individual gets enough freedom and voice of speech.
