Are men and women perceived the same way in the workplace?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Ideally this should be the situation in a workplace where both men and women are perceived the same way because under the civil Rights act title VIi discrimination or discriminatory practices based on gender is not entertained and it's illegal and punishbale by law but there are quite some instances where perception differ based on sex and this may be very common but not at all acceptable at any cost. This is a very relative scenario and varies based on workplace culture and individual cultures.
