In developing countries when women don’t get similar educational opportunities as men, then there is a creation of imbalance in human capital development and women workforce is unable to increase the skill level and productivity in the economy and economy suffers. Further, there is a growing inequality in income distribution among women and men employees. It creates conflict where women employees are considered as less capable. Besides the work environment also becomes stereotype that is not women -friendly in nature. An economy also don’t get the innovation that could be produced by women if they were afforded a better educational opportunities. Therefore, the economy gets affected negatively in different ways if women don’t get equal educational opportunities.
