Do you believe consumers have rights? Of those listed on page 336 of the text, which do you believe is the most important right? Why? Would you add another right? If so, what would it be? Explain.

Yes, I do believe that consumers have rights. Out of all the rights, I believe that “Right to Information” is the most important right because the consumer needs to be aware of the products and services which he is going to use and for which he has to pay for. If I would have to add another right, I would add a right to sue the brand ambassador of that particular product, in case the product or service is not matching the qualities promoted by the brand ambassador. And the reason being is that, many of the customers buy the product just by getting influenced by the brand ambassador. So, the brand ambassador should be held liable if there would be any such disparities between the claim and reality.
