Universal declaration of human rights was organized and started by United nations organization in 1948. Two ethical events included under the civil rights include:

It started during world war-II and cold war between russia and america during 1960 and 1970 when most of the black race people were suffering from racial discrimination while working in labor organizations, farmers growing agricultural crops and opium and prevention of blacks from joining legistalive and parialmentary ministerial jobs. They were also prohibited from joining army and military posts. President Franklin D Roosevelt on 25th June 1941, opened a law which prohibited discrimination and provided equal opportunity for people belonging to any race, religion or community can join military based on their ability and motivation. She started a protest against racial discrimination and formed Montomery movement against white people along with Martin Luther king Junior. later this discrimination was ended by the supreme court of USA to end discrimination and reservation for specific races in various jobs profiling and in transport systems. In 1957, there was an incidence in the Central High School, in Little Rock ,Arkansas where balck volunteers were recruited but when they reached school, they were discriminated by the Guards and security people and were thrown out of the school premises. President Dwight D Eisenhower ordered federal troops to escort black people to reach the school. Earlier there were Jim Crow laws in 1868, which denied the equal rights to black community people to vote and enjiy freedom as mentioned in the 14th and 15th amendment laws of the constitution. There was establishment of other civil rights act and voting rights in 1964 and 1965. There was bloody sunday march in Montogomery in 1965 which demanded equal rights for african-american citizens. Civil right leaders were assassinated like Malcolm X and Martin Luther King. Fair Housing Act was established in 1968.
