1). Constancy of purpose?

• It is focused on expanding the aim of the larger system
• It  is an important practice which is applied in all processes within an organization
• Example: a general statement could be the purpose of the larger system is to provide quality care

2). Investment in improvement

• A healthcare industry should always aim for improvement for efficient services
• This dimension deals in investing in the constant improvement of the system
• A healthcare industry should be ideally error free
• Eg. Health cares invest in R&D to improve the technology and to provide better services
