Discuss what you consider to be your most important civil liberty from those listed in the Bill of Rights. Explain the limits of this civil liberty.

The most important civil liberty from those listed in the Bill of Rights according to me is; Freedom of Speech and the Press. This makes me feel that I can express myself freely without any fear. The limits of this civil liberty include; clear-and-present-danger i.e. it should not be a speech that has the potential to cause harm to anyone, bad-tendency i.e. the speech that might lead may be “evil,” such as the violent overthrow of the government, obscene speech is not allowed and so is a slander verbal or written i.e. printed slander a libel not allowed.
