Answer #1

Negotiation is such a factor that it may lead to an argument or disrupts the process to finally reach an agreement. Face to face to negotiating may create a lot of problems in reaching a final conclusion. On the discussion on any particular matter, any individual will raise a different point of views which changes the situation to become aggressive and it may also lead to rivalry.

Whereas in virtual negotiation this approach is not done, all the settlements lead to negotiation are handled online. Virtual negotiation is basically the online base process. Using some parts of technology the negotiations are done, it may create slight misunderstanding but it will avoid any conflict or reduce the major part of aggressiveness attitude that may arise from face to face negotiations. These are some of the highlighted aspects of the virtual negotiation that are quite beneficial than face to face negotiation.

Virtual negotiations with friends and families are quite a good approach to discuss any matter and come to an effective conclusion. One of the prime advantages of virtual negotiation is for the purpose of any family matter. Family members may not be remaining presented at one place, so to reach a final conclusion for an agreement; virtual negotiation is the best way to make things clear. Suppose for any family related issue with the help of technology, virtual negotiation can be done at a time with more than two or three members of the family and each person can share their viewpoints. Maybe the points are negative to others present in the group, but in the virtual process, there is a rare chance of any major conflict. With the benefit of virtual negotiations, the problem related to the argument can be easily avoided, and this may lead to reaching the final agreement. This strategy will undoubtedly work as it is the best possible way to avoid any disruption that may lead to conflict while heading for any negotiations. As if the negotiations are done face to face an aggressive attitude is the normal thing that ruins the discussion and sometimes it has also seen that instead of coming to an agreement, the negotiators are fighting among each other as their viewpoints are not satisfying their needs or requirements in the discussion. The best possible strategy is to come up with the virtual negotiations for solving any matter with the ease and avoid any chaotic situation anytime while undertaking any agreement.
