What are the benefits of interdisciplinary teams?

How might cost-effectiveness of educational programming be communicated to administrators?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

The benefits that interdisciplinary teams carry for a project are:-

  1. Expertise from various fields.

  2. Experience from being top in their own field.

  3. Increase in the dynamic factor.

  4. Reduction in personal competition and working together a common goal.

  5. Ability to be able to handle more specialized projects.

The best way to communicate any model with the administrator is through the use of actual results proving its effectiveness. We can take a sample test which will generate enough values for the test to be considered of merit. This, in turn, will allow us to be able to convince the management/administrator of benefits of the cost-effectiveness of educational programming and its implementation in the company.
