Ethics:
Ethics are defined as the good code of conducts which a person is
expected to perform in the society. Ethics are the ethical behavior
of human being in the society. Ethics differentiates the good or
bad behavior of human beings in the society.
Following are the
actions of a company to be ethical as below:
- Develop ethical
culture in the organization so that employees feel that
they are in the ethical cultural organization and motivates for
following ethical standards.
- Implement ethics
policy at the organization which provides the suitable
measures and control for ethics implementation at work place.
- Train employees on
work ethics subject : The training on the work ethics can
help the employees to understand the work ethics subject properly
and the process of introduction of work ethics in the work place.
This training will be the useful training which will develop the
good concept in the employee on how to introduce work ethics
concept in the work place.
- Establish work
ethics environment at organization: Post proper training
on work ethics standards, as a manager we need to establish the
right work ethics environment in the organization, so that all
employees understand it properly and start following the work
ethics standards in the work place.
- Ethics Issue
management: We need to have periodic two way communication
on the work ethics implementation and issues of employees. These
employee issues to be listen and resolved systematically so that
work ethics can be managed at the work place.
Legalities:
Legalities is defined as the legally accepted code of conducts, a
people in the society are expected to perform. A set of code of
conducts released by legal department to ensure that good ethical
and moral code of conduct is established in the society. Legal
codes of conducts are forceful and needs to be maintained by
citizen in the nation and if not then legal actions can be
initiated.
Following are the
actions of a company to be legal as below:
- Follow all legal
laws for the organization, so that it helps in complies
with the legal formalities by the legal department of the
government of that state.
- Develop and
establish processes required for legal formalities to be
carried out so that we support government for legal data
updates.
- Implementation of
factory acts, labor laws, environmental acts, employee
benefit programs, working standards as per legal requirements are
developed so that we had legal implementation at the plant.
- Legal registration
and legal codes like service tax, excise codes, VAT
etc.
- Compliance of
legal formalities and legal requirements in purchase and
sale process of the organization with implementation of proper
statutory requirements for finance and accountings.
