All individuals irrespective of their fields ; operate within legal and ethical framework.

Legal framework refers to system of respective constitution laws written.For ethics the law is concerned within prescribing conduct and is external to individuals.It is based strictly on what is written in law. These help to to know what people can and cannot do.It approaches through four principles 1. Respect for autonomy ,2.beneficiance3.nonmaleficence4.justice

An ethical framework relates to codes that individuals use to guide his behaviour. These don’t have legal basis. It is based on human rights and wrongs.

The similarity is that both frameworks are principles that individuals of same society are subjected to same . These both help society and people for its development and to make it run in right path
