What would you do as CEO to support the goals of Japan Airlines during the challenging economics that airlines face? why

As CEO of Japan Airlines, in order to support Japan 's goals in the troubled economy, I will name staff at all levels within the company "partners" and reward decision taking. I claim that as staff is the backbone of every organization, if workers feel useless, redundant or not part of the team, it creates errors and does not accomplish anything. I have the right to make decisions in my present place and I am grateful that I am willing to do so. This simplifies my work a lot, so I don't feel useless waiting for my manager 's approval or update. With a good foundation for your product, you will provide the business with better quality and content.
