Do you believe that your goals for the creation of the Constitution might be the same as those of the Framers in the 18th century? Why, or why not? What would you have done differently from or similarly to the Framers?
No, goals for creation of the Constitution might not be the the same as those of the Framers in the 18th century. Goals depend on present scenarios. At that time USA got the independance. There were a lot of tasks to be accomplished.
Constituition is always build by keeping the ideas of development and progress of citizens and nation in mind. Industrialisation and nation building was the main task at that time. Implementation for policies of sustainabale developement was the main goal.
At present, America is a superpower. It is the most developed nation of world. Its policies affect whole world. Its policies are completely different from those which were present at the time of 18th century. Handling problems of migrants, Maintaining world peace, Control of terrorism, Avoiding the oil crisis, Stopping disturbing nations from becoming nuclear power etc. are the main American policies now.
These policies affect the constitution also and policies are being made by making certain amendments in constitution. USA's constitution is best. If it was not perfect then America would not have been a superpower in present time. I would have supported the framers of constitution because they made a perfect constitution. Many countries take inspirations from this.
