Answer #1

Following would be my recommendations-

1. Would suggest to release Microsoft on ipad and Android tablets.

2. Would consider removing bing and even potentially offloading xbox, in an effort to give the software giant more focus.

Making office available on competing devices would be a bold move, office is still one of the biggest jewels in Microsoft's crown and making itvas wildely available as possible would ensure that remains the case.

Bing, decent search engine and google its biggeat rival , is a costly endeavor and one that the Microsoft doesn't need to pursue. The xbox division is healthy, but it could be sold if ic ic not considered critical for the company's long term strategy.

Diversity is not a bad thing. While rival Apple is more focused, google has similarly varied portfolio and it is that approach which has seen it grow from a free search engine to a billion dollar giant.
